Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls...

Mmmmmm...
If only I had scratch and sniff photos
and y'all had scratch and sniff screens. lol
Our home was filled with delicious aromas today.

Last night, Ally made up two batches of sourdough
and, this morning, I put over half of it in bread pans
and then made cinnamon rolls with what was left.
The house was filled with the warm, sweet smell
of sourdough and cinnamon! Mmmmm...

After putting the dough in four bread pans,
I rolled out some of the remaining dough
and covered it with melted butter, brown sugar,
and, of course, cinnamon...

Then I started rolling up the dough...

I cut the rolled dough into smaller portions,
using dental floss, to set in the pan...

Here they were, ready to rise...

They didn't rise a whole lot this time
because I need to feed my sourdough starter
a little bit of yeast,
but they still turned out very delicious
and we gobbled some of them up after supper...

The children hope to have them for breakfast, too!
