I know how that is. I remember when we were just married. We were both in the Navy in Spain and Ron got stationed on a ship off the coast of Beirut and a tour of the Black Sea. I got a postcard from Turkey once and I cried and cried. While he was gone I slept in one of his shirts that I got out of the dirty laundry. I never washed it, because it smelled like him. sigh. Those were hard days, but they were good days. I'm praying for you.

Mrs. B ~ Yes, it was wonderful. ;o)

Ginny ~ Awww... what a story. I had to laugh when you said you didn't wash his shirt. ;o) How sweet. They are hard days but, yes, they are good days, too. Thank you for your prayers.

Sharon ~ Thank you for your prayers. They mean a lot to us.

Madeleine ~ Yes, the children (and I) were delighted. It's always great to get mail... but mail from Daddy is really special. *Ü*

I'll be praying for his safety and for the continued strength of your family. I didn't know he was in Iraq. From what I gathered, I figured he was probably in some school.
