A Camping We Will Go...

We're off for a day of 'roughin' it'
in a cabin with Daddy!

We're looking forward to camping together. ;o)
He leaves Saturday to head back to Iraq

and I will likely wait until after that to post again.
Hope y'all enjoy the rest of your week!

Oh I hate it that he has to go back. My Godson has just returned home yesterday from his second tour in Iraq. He was there 10 months and will not have to go back at this point. Only back to his base in Hawaii after a few weeks here in Illinois with his family. I know this does nothing to ease the separation of your family and the man who heads it, but remember how much we all, here in America, value your husband and what he is doing to keep us safe. I will pray daily with my children in our homeschool bible time for you and your family and the safe return of your husband. May I have permission to print out a copy of your family picture for our prayer board? Have a wonderful time camping!

I know you all will just have the most spectacualr time together and create memories that will last a life time. I just came across your blog today...don't remembr how I got here though...LOL. I too am a military wife (Army) and my husband was in Iraq 2005-2006. Deployments don't bother me to much (he was also in Korea 2002-2003), but when ya live in Germany like we do and can't just drive in a car to visit family, it's really hard.
May God wrap His arms around your husband's unit and bring them back home safe, each and every one of them. <><
