Haven at Home Happenings...

Sharing snapshots of our week...

Learning at home moments...

Will reading his science book

Beth doing copywork/manuscript writing

Carolynne doing language with Ally

In the evening...

Daddy and Ally were reading in the dining room
Daddy's been reading Signs, Wonders, and Miracles by James W. Knox
and Ally was skimming through What Saith the Scriptures from Plain Path Publishers

A creative mess...

Rubber stamping together

Will studied for his upcoming sermon that he is giving
at our church's all-youth night...

Using our Power Bible program

On Friday, Ally taught the lesson at our
Keepers of the Faith meeting.
Her lesson was about the greatest gift, Jesus Christ...

Then the children enjoyed a project,
working for their craft badge...

Their finished crafts...

May we remember that Jesus Christ is the Greatest Gift of all!
May we be faithfully sharing such a precious Gift with others,
especially during a season when many around us
are focused on material gifts. May we point them to Christ.

"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given:
and the government shall be upon his shoulder:
and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor,
The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."
~ Isaiah 9:6

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish,
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world;
but that the world through him might be saved."
~ John 3:16-17

Hi Christina,
Just paging down, doing a little catch-up. Love all your photos! I'll have to check out the "What Saith the Scriptures" book. Congratulations on Ally's CD! What a blessing that must be. And with Will preparing his sermon - wow! How old is he again? And sorry to hear about the loss of your Aunt. What a wonderful home life your blog shows - thanks for a peek into your life each week. You are such a blessing!
