Memorial Day...

We thank and remember those that died
for our freedom and the freedom of others.

We praise and thank the Lord of all for Him Who died
for our ultimate freedom from sin and Hell.

"Greater love hath no man than this,
that a man lay down his life for his friends."
~ John 15:13

Beloved and I will be traveling this weekend
to work on our house in SC,

as our tenants have left and we are trying to sell it.
We appreciate your prayers
and hope you enjoy your holiday weekend.

Thank you to your husband for what he does for our country. And thank YOU as well.... I KNOW he couldn't do it without you!

On a side note:
I wish I could see the house... we'll probably retire in that town in a few years and we'll need a place to live. If you still haven't sold it by then I'll give you a call ;) Although, for your sake I hope it doesn't come down to that!

We must remember those who sacrificed it all for us and those who fight for and fought for us.

Oh, amen to that! I am so grateful for the men and women who stand in the gap for freedom in this country!

My best friend's son heads to boot camp this month. He is going into the nuclear program with the Navy. Such a huge life change for this boy. He knows the Lord as his Saviour, but is walking afar off. We are praying that he draws close to the Father throughout this experience.

Thank you for your sacrifice during the past many months with your hubby away. I rejoice each time I read of your family together now! Praise God for His protection and mercy!
