Beautiful! I am heading off for church, but I wanted to share that your package is finally being mailed tomorrow. I've been so swamped and with living in a rural area, a drive to the post office is not always on the agenda. (They don't even deliver to our home.)

Quick question, on the sourdough starter, if I start it tomorrow, I will be able to cook pizza on Monday? I just want to be sure that I am planning ahead and really want to try this!
