Today our dear Carolynne (age 6) volunteered
to make her family a treat...
all by herself.
She measured, poured, mixed, scooped, and served.
What a blessing she was!
"The aged women likewise...
...That they may teach the young women...
...to be keepers at home..."
(Titus 2: 3-5)
Chocolately Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 cups flour
2/3 cups cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 2/3 cup dark chocolate & mint chips
(Nestle makes them)
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients and mix.
Stir in chocolate & mint chips.
Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 11 to 13 minutes at 325 degrees.
Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes,
then cool on wire racks.
Enjoy!
